Sing for the Valencia Marathon in Rock&Run

The Trinidad Alfonso EDP Valencia Marathon, organized by SD Correcaminos and the Valencia City Government, welcomes all musicians to play in Rock&Run. This year again, the best bands of the moment will play live by the lake of Museu Príncipe Felipe in the City of Arts and Sciences. More than 65,000 people who will visit Expo Deporte Valencia will enjoy their concerts. It will all take place on the weekend of the Valencia Marathon, which has been awarded IAAF Road Race Gold Label.

The runner’s fair is a benchmark to all national marathons. The events will start on Friday the 18^th and will go on all day long until Saturday the 19^th of November when the closing of the fair takes place. Ten groups played in Expo Deporte Valencia in 2015. We are looking for the best bands this year so that marathoners can enjoy their music in the days before the marathon.

Once the bands have applied, the Marathon’s organizing committee will choose the best ones. These will have the privilege of taking part in the reference race of Valencia.

How to apply

In order to play in the Trinidad Alfonso EDP Valencia Marathon, send an email to info@valenciaciudaddelrunning.com introducing your band and attaching some of your songs. This way your band will enter the Rock&Run selection process and will have the chance to play at the best marathon in Spain according to the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation (RFEA).
