USERS OF FRIENDS OF RUNNING (AMICS DEL RUNNING)

On the Web site, the Foundation has set up a section amics.valenciaciudaddelrunning.com catering to shops, businesses, and professionals in the City of Valencia so that these can publicise their services and special offers and use the FRIENDS OF RUNNING (AMICS DEL RUNNING) pages to make themselves known.

The Terms and Conditions in this section apply to the FRIENDS OF RUNNING initiative. They are complemented by the General Terms and Conditions set out for the Valencia Running City Platform.

Users cannot conduct any transactions on the Platform; instead they must contact those offering products and services through their respective web pages or by e-mail, telephone or the other options proposed by vendors.

Vendors shall be responsible for their sales and their provision of services to users. Likewise, they shall also be responsible for dealing with any complaints arising from the transaction or services, and for the accuracy of their descriptions. Under no circumstances shall VCR constitute an intermediary and/or vendor.

We at VCR would be grateful if Users were to tell us of their experience (good, bad or indifferent) or FRIENDS OF RUNNING (AMICS DEL RUNNING). This feedback will be used to make future improvements.
