Now that most of the major athletic events of the year have come and gone, the time has arrived to start planning our sporting challenges for the rest of the year. If this is the case for you then now is the ideal time to schedule in your challenges that you will be completing after the summer. The Valencia Marathon, Half Marathon and Trinidad Alfonso Valencia 10K are a great way to keep you motivated over the summer months.

For those of you specialized in running marathons, the Trinidad Alfonso Valencia Marathon is a quality event with plenty of help to get you in top shape for the event. The marathon has become a key fixture for national and international runners who visit Valencia in October to compete. The weather in August is perfect: 12-17 degrees and the course is spectacular, plus it is the flattest in Spain. Whatever your competition objective is, you will be sure to achieve it in Valencia.

Our Marathon training plans that we offer are designed to help you finish the marathon in 3, 3:15, 3:30, 4, 4:30, 5 and 6 hours.

The other major running event in the city is The Trinidad Alfonso Valencia Half Marathon. The half marathon has rapidly become one of the key fixtures for Spanish and International long distance runners in October. Valencia has a 21.097 Meter course. The course glides through the spectacular maritime area of Valencia and is very quick; in 2014 it was the fastest half marathon in Spain.

So, if you are already picturing yourself running under the blue skies of Valencia in October, you can start training now. We have 4 training plans that are available on our official website: 1:30, 1:45, 2 hours and finish the race.

If your objective is the Trinidad Alfonso Valencia 10k we have training plans for you too. The 10k runs alongside the full Trinidad Alfonso Valencia Marathon. In the link below you can find plans for all types of runners; those who are masters of the 10k and would like to smash their Personal Best, and those who have just started running but would like an objective to aim for. The plans we have for you are: Under 40 mins, Under 50 mins and finish the 10k distance.
