The countdown to the Valencia Half Marathon Trinidad Alfonso EDP, which will take place on 24 October, has now begun and it is time to start training seriously. Which is why the Objective Valencia by Serrano plans are now available, the training plans for the race prepared by the national athletics and CA Serrano coach Eugenio Olmos.
The training plans are divided into ten weeks with different target times: 1h40, 1h50, 2h00 and finish the race. The specific training will begin the week of 16th August.
One of the main new feature this year is that runners registered for the race who have asked to receive a training plan will receive their weekly plan every sunday directly to their email, so all they have to take care of is going for a run.
