Valencia Marathon launches the promotion for runners who did not cross the finish line in 2016

As running is not the same as running in Valencia, finishing a marathon is not the same as finishing Valencia Marathon. Thus, the organization of this event, Valencia City Council and SD Correcaminos, offer a second chance to those runners who tried to reach the finish line in 2016 and could not achieve it.

A special promotion is launched for runners who, having reached kilometer 25 in the race last year, could not enjoy crossing the finish line on water in the City of Arts and Sciences for any physical reason.

We have already been in contact with all runners – based on the strict measurements kept at the kilometer markers of the race-, so that in 2017, they will receive a 50% discount in the registration for the EDP Valencia Trinidad Alfonso Marathon (this offer is not cumulative with other offers or promotional prices).

We know how hard these runners worked to get to the starting line of the 2016 Valencia Trinidad Alfonso Marathon, but for some reason they could not enjoy crossing the finish line. Our aim is that these runners return to face this marathon and, with proper time and preparation, complete the mythical distance in Valencia, the City of Running on November 19^th, 2017.

Finishing a marathon is great, but achieving it by crossing the finish line on water in the Valencia Marathon is special.

1. All runners elegible for this promotion will be contacted by the race organization, being selected according to measurements kept at the kilometer markers of the race.

2. The special promotion consists of a 50% bonus for the race registration (price per section) for all runners who overpassed kilometer 25 (chip control at that distance) of the 2016 Valencia Marathon but didn’t cross the finish line. * The promotion is personal and non-transferable.

3. They can use the promo code from February 20th until June 30th, and cannot combine it with other existing or future offers launched by the organization.
